Michael has developed a unique combination of skills with over fifteen years in the chartered accounting profession, and more than twelve years in both corporate banking and stock broking. This enables him to be highly effective in assisting clients in the areas of capital raisings and corporate advisory services. Michael also specialises in taxation, business structuring and development issues.
