In our Induction and Development Program, we offer you continuous training and development as one of DKM’s professional advisers. Through the experience of working as part of a diverse and high-performing team, you and your Mentor will work together to ensure that you participate in the key learning and training activities required as you commence your accounting career.
DKM is known for its professional work with a large range of SME, corporate, government and personal clients, and this enables our team members to gain fantastic hands-on experience. We have a range of work locations and divisions which provides our employees with variety and an opportunity to move around within the Group.
