The DKM Group is one of Australia’s most progressive and diverse Chartered Accounting and Financial Services firms. We are located in NSW (Coffs Harbour and Grafton) and in South East Queensland (South Bank and Beenleigh) with 11 Directors and Principals and approximately 100 staff.
We provide tailored financial services to our clients including business services and taxation, financial planning, audit, superannuation, insurance and finance. Our broad client base gives you the opportunity to experience a varied work environment.

What we offer?

We also offer training and development to enhance your technical abilities and support you through completing the Chartered Accountants Program with coaching and guidance, study leave and financial support for course fees.
Our Graduate Program
We provide a structured Graduation Induction Program consisting of the following:
- One week induction learning about DKM’s divisions, policies, procedures etc
- 17 week mentor program with a dedicated one on one mentor providing:
- weekly feedback meetings to ensure structured technical progress
- the ability to start working on client work within the first 17 weeks
- Enrolment in Tax Foundation course with the Tax Institute of Australia
- Presentations by CA/CPA/TIA to assist in the decision of professional studies
